Terms of use
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of Syncsyte at app.syncsyte.com. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organization you work for.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and use two-factor authentication or a passkey where you can. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organization administrators manage their organization's members and can remove access at any time.
Your content
Documents, records, comments and files remain the property of the organization that uploaded them. You grant Syncsyte only the rights needed to store, process and display that content to the people your projects allow. Content is not sold or used to train AI models.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload malware or content you have no right to share.
- Do not try to access projects, items or files you have not been given access to, or probe the service's security without written permission.
- Do not overload the service or bypass its rate limits or bot protection.
Files that fail the malware check are blocked, and accounts used to break these rules may be suspended.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Syncsyte available and secure, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change or improve features; material changes to these terms will be shown in the app before they apply.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Syncsyte is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending use
Your organization can stop using Syncsyte at any time. Project content can be exported by project administrators before an account or project is closed.
