Cookies

The app sets one cookie, a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is strictly necessary, HttpOnly and limited to app.syncsyte.com. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The website syncsyte.com sets no cookies; it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. The app does not load it.

Bot protection

Sign-in, sign-up and password reset use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser as described in Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Ask AI

When you use Ask AI, the text of records you are allowed to open is sent to an AI model run by Cloudflare Workers AI to produce your answer, and your conversation is stored with your account so you can follow up. Ask AI never receives content you cannot open. You can delete a conversation at any time.

Who processes data for us

Syncsyte runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the application and database, stores files, sends email from noreply@syncsyte.com, runs the AI models and provides Turnstile. Data is processed under Cloudflare's terms and data processing addendum.

How long we keep it

Project content is kept while the project exists, subject to the retention rules each project sets and any legal hold. The audit trail is append-only and kept for the life of the project. Sessions expire after 7 days, or 12 hours of inactivity.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and delete Ask AI conversations yourself. For access to, correction or deletion of other personal data, contact the administrator of your organization, who manages your account and your organization's projects.
